The hotel is far from the main port on Phi Phi and the only way to get to the hotel is the boat which you have to charter. The hotel offers to arrange the boat for you, but it is more expensive than just walking to one of the boat owners and asking for the price yourself.
The staff were lovely, so friendly and nothing was ever too hard. Lovely bungalows, great pool, beautiful beach - excellent place to stay! There's almost nothing to do, which is why you stay here. Peaceful, relaxing, divine!
The staff were very helpful. The boat from Tonsai beach left without us and we had to take a longtail boat to the hotel (there are no roads on Phi Phi Island). They refunded us the cost of the boat that left us behind. This never happened before though, the boat from the hotel to Tonsai was there every morning on time.
It's too far away from everything, we had to go to Tonsai beach to find cheaper food and cheaper tour services. If you stay here, do not book tours from them, the prices are insane.
The best that comes to my mind would be that you can both view the sunrise and sunset from the sea horizon, perfect experience, better with your lover accompanied.
Don't have many choices for meals, only a few restaurant near.
amazing swimming pool and nice staffs although refused my need to charge cellphone which i had forgotted the power adaptor
the roundtrip services to and from Phuket should be specific on booking info.
Everything was brilliant, the staff, location, services.
The island is as pretty as you would expect from the pictures and the hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help you wherever they can.
The shower pressure was quite low. The English of the staff wasn't always up to standard, which can occasionally make it difficult for you to get your point across. Please be advised there are many mosquitoes on the island - you would do well to prepare! So bring anti mosquito spray or clothes that cover most of your body for when you sit down to eat.
In general: hotel employees very friendly and helpful/ very near to beach area/ good restaurant/good breakfast - buffet with fresh egg variantions. Hotel room superior: huge room, good bed, little nice balcony.
In general: during bad weather it would be helpful if hotel offers some table games, cards or table tennis. Hotel room superior: bath rooms needs to some work - old fashioned tiles, only a few tv programs
Good romantic setting with a beautiful view. Friendly staff , lovely pool, beach.
Isolated from the rest of the island with no choice but to eat at only a few resturants. This made the food only just acceptable (no competition) and as you have no choice to eat anywhere else you feel a little trapped. very expensive transfer from the main port. £20 one way.
The location of P.P. Erawan Palms Resort is really aamzing. It is romantic and secluded from the the town center. Perfect for couples. The breakfast was very good and the staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly.
My room's bathroom smelled like sewage some times and the beds were not very comfortable. The food at one of the hotel's restaurants Sunsadee was not good at all.
The great location in the middle of Leamtong beach, the very friendly and efficient staff and the good breakfast selections on offer. We were also given a room upgrade to a bungalow
The expense of chartering a longboat up to the hotel from Ao Tonsai - we were advised the cost would be 1000 - 1500BHT by the hotel and paid 1200BHT
The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location was stunning. It must be said that the northern beach is secluded so it's more suitable for couples who want some quite time. The breakfast wgoo decent and the launch buffet was well worth the 300 bht per person. The cabaret show was excellent!
The standard room we took wasn't really clean, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the water current in the shower was very weak and you couldn't really take a good shower. Because the beach is far from the center of the island , there isn't much to do so 3-4 days are certainly enough.
The breakfast is excellent, restaurant prices are acceptable. You can enjoy an evening show every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The staff are helpful and kind. You can organize your trips cheaper with the local people and not via the hotel. Calm surroundings, so don’t choose this hotel if you want to go out at night. You can read on Booked.net that you have to pay for the Internet, but it’s not true. You can use free wifi in (or close to) the reception.
They charged nearly twice as much amount of money for the room price, but we immidiately complain about it and they withdraw it. We couldn’t use our VISA card at check-in. First night there were no hot water, we complained again and it was repaired in 30 minutes.
Most things. Very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant with shows some days. The pool was clean and nice. Good location next to the sea.
Almost everything at Long Taem beach is more expensive than many other places in Thailand.
It located in the north point of pp, the beach was clean with very little visitors. A few dive clubs around, but only one local restuarant.
Lack of facilities
